Charles T. Battle was born and raised in Chandler, Ok and attended the University of Oklahoma where he graduated with distinction. Following college, he remained at the University of Oklahoma where he attended law school. Graduating in 2009, he was awarded the Order of Solicitor’s Award along with the Kelly Beardslee Award for outstanding student in the OU Criminal Defense Clinic.
Upon obtaining his bar license, Mr. Battle accumulated both bench (judge only) and jury trial experience in various counties across the state of Oklahoma. With his vast experience, His primary focus is in personal injury, employment discrimination, family, and criminal law.
Mr. Battle is licensed to practice in the United States District Court of the Western District of Oklahoma, the United States District Court of the Northern District of Oklahoma, the Oklahoma Supreme Court, and all the State courts.
